The commander-in-chief explained he’s talked about a visit to the White House for the parents of both soldiers of the West Virginia Guard.

“I said: ‘When you’re ready, because that’s a difficult moment, arrive at the White House. We’re going to honor Sarah,” Trump informed reporters. “And likewise with him, whether he recovers or not.”

“Sarah was the individual that educators hoped for. She behaved with inner fortitude, a bright grin and a optimistic attitude that lifted those around her,” Hankins, the head of her alma mater, told the Associated Press. “She was kind, caring and always ready to assist people.”
